Thou originating from the Mountains
Gardening around the Universe
The Sole strength of Deities
Making a sacred path to Heavens!
Immersed with Thy purity and homage
Surrender on the Mother's Lap
An orphan dry with Thirst
And thou the ocean of Love!
The giver of the eternal Peace
For the Sacred rest for the body
Praying for refuge at the end
Oh, Mother Ganga!
I fall asleep with your wine
Gazing and rolling with your waves!
